• Lecture-wise and chapter-wise test series

• Curated, exam-relevant PDF notes

• Expert-curated question banks and previous year papers

• One-on-one doubt clearing and mentorship (where applicable)

Once a user enrolls and gains access, this content is delivered digitally and becomes immediately consumable.

Since this is not a physical product, it cannot be returned or “unused.” Therefore, the rules of refund differ significantly from other types of e-commerce or services.

2. Transparent Information Before Purchase

To ensure students make a well-informed and confident purchase, AYUSH Campus provides multiple options for reviewing the course quality and structure before committing financially:

• Free Demo Classes: Available on our website and YouTube channel, showcasing the teaching style, depth of coverage, and topic explanation.

• Course Previews: Sample lectures, notes, and test questions may be available for preview on course landing pages.

• Paid Trial Access: Short-duration access (where applicable) allows students to explore a limited version of the full course before enrolling.

3. Strict No Refund Policy

Due to the immediate, full access granted upon payment and the non-tangible, digital nature of our products, AYUSH Campus follows a strict no-refund policy.

Refunds will NOT be issued under any circumstances, including (but not limited to):

• Change of mind after purchasing

• Personal reasons (illness, time constraints, exam rescheduling, lack of interest, etc.)

• User error (accidentally purchasing the wrong course)

• Student expectations not matching personal learning style

• Failure to access the course on time

• Technical issues caused by the user’s internet, device, browser, or lack of digital knowledge

• Requesting refunds after viewing or downloading content

• Course completed but later deemed unnecessary

Digital access to educational material is immediate and non-reversible; hence, refunds are not feasible or allowed after a purchase is made.

4. Technical Issues – No Refunds, But Full Support

We understand that technical issues can occur. In such cases, our support team will work closely with you to resolve the problem as soon as possible.

However, technical issues on the user’s end do not qualify for a refund. These include:
