1. User Eligibility

• Sharing login credentials or accounts with others is strictly prohibited.

3. Intellectual Property & Content Usage

All content on AYUSH Campus, including but not limited to videos, PDFs, quizzes, notes, live classes, mock tests, faculty lectures, audio content, designs, logos, text, and graphics (“Content”) is the sole intellectual property of AYUSH Campus or its licensors. This content is protected under copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

3.1 Prohibited Activities

You must not:

• Download, screen-record, copy, store, or distribute our content by any means

• Share or sell course material to third parties

• Use bots, scripts, or third-party tools to access or capture platform content

• Use any content from the platform for commercial, educational, or social media purposes without prior written consent

Legal Warning:
Any unauthorized use, downloading, screen recording, reproduction, redistribution, or sale of our content—whether partially or in full—constitutes a violation of intellectual property laws. Such activities will result in:

• Immediate termination of your account without refund

• Initiation of civil and/or criminal legal proceedings under applicable laws

• Financial claims and compensation for damages incurred

AYUSH Campus actively monitors and tracks all forms of unauthorized usage and will enforce its rights strictly.

4. Course Access and License

Upon enrollment, you are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to access the course materials for your personal, non-commercial use only.

• Course access duration depends on your subscription plan.

• Access may be revoked if you violate any platform rules or terms.

5. Payments, Refunds & Cancellations

• All payments must be made in Indian Rupees (INR) or the currency mentioned during checkout.

• Users paying through EMI, loans, or third-party gateways are not eligible for refunds unless explicitly stated.

6. User Conduct & Platform Usage

By using the Platform, you agree to:

• Use the content only for lawful and educational purposes

• Avoid any conduct that disrupts the platform or other users' experience

• Do not harass, abuse, or threaten faculty, staff, or fellow learners

• Do not use the platform for cheating, fraud, or unethical activities

Violation of any of the above will lead to suspension or permanent termination of access, along with legal consequences where applicable.

7. Platform Availability & Changes

AYUSH Campus does not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation of the Platform. We may:

• Suspend services for maintenance or upgrades

• Modify content, faculty, or test schedules without prior notice

• Discontinue certain features or products

We are not liable for any losses arising from such events.

8. Limitation of Liability

AYUSH Campus is not responsible for:

• Any loss of academic performance due to the misuse of platform features

• Errors or omissions in study content

• Delays or interruptions due to external factors (internet, device, etc.)

• User-generated content or third-party services linked to our platform

Our liability, if any, is limited strictly to the amount paid by the user for the applicable course.

9. Termination

AYUSH Campus reserves the right to:

• Suspend or terminate your account without notice for violation of these Terms

• Revoke your access in case of misconduct, illegal activity, or breach of integrity

• Remove access to content after your subscription period ends

10. Privacy and Data Use

By using the platform, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which explains how your data is collected, used, and protected.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Noida.
